\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tNobert is a graduate of Business Management from the University of Jos with over 21 years of experience in the Gas, Power and Social Infrastructure Development.

\n\nHis career cuts across various leading oil and gas companies within different states in Nigeria and some parts of Sub-Saharan Africa.\n

\n\nAt Harig Oil, he developed the Company\u2019s LPG Business and became pioneer offtaker for Nigeria LNG DOMGAS Project delivering 150,000mtpa to Nigeria. He coordinated design & pre-development of a 25,000mt LPG Terminal and Import SPM in Lekki, Lagos with KBR-Granherne Inc. USA.\n\n

\n\nIn 2011, he spearheaded Sirus Niger S.A\u2019s E&P activities in Niger Republic. Through this, he succeeded in securing licenses for 2 oil acreages in Niger. He also, participated in pre-development of a 200MW Super-Critical Coal Power Plant for Niger in conjunction with Worley Parsons. US.\n\n

\nNobert was known to have successfully carried out pre-development of a 100million gallons per day water treatment & distribution project for Lekki, Lagos, with a total Project Value of USD400m. In 2018, he became the lead advisor for the Gas Infrastructure Fund, Advisor on the Draft PIB 202 where he drafted plans for restructuring and repositioning of PEFMB post PIB.\n

\n\nAs a volunteer, he was a Team lead for Casino missions under the Freedom Foundation \u201cGod Bless Nigeria Project\u201d for 5 years where he assisted to rehabilitate and re-integrate at-risk youth in the ghettos of Casino Area of Yaba, Lagos.\n\n

\n\nNobert brings to Bullion Group extensive years of Project Management and technical experience in Oil & Gas.
