Bullion Group is in Partnership with Blackwater Mills and Grains Limited (BWMAG); a specialist Agricultural company with vast experience in crop management, Agricultural value chain development, and business promotion. Following unprecedented volumes of offtake demand for Soybeans from both domestic and international clients, BWMAG and Bullion Group observed a marked market gap in terms of consistency of supply of the crop. After due deliberations with relevant stakeholders and detailed financial analysis, it became expedient that the companies venture into large-scale production of Soy to meet the ever-increasing market demand for the crops. In this vein, the companies through a Joint Venture, have entered into strategic partnerships with the Nigerian Army Farms and Ranches Limited (NAFARL), Tenti Greens Limited, RIF Nigeria Limited along with its international affiliates), and a collection of high pedigree Financial institutional partners, for all year cultivation and processing of Organic Soy on 5000 hectares of land in several states across the country within two years and subsequent expansion to 15, 000 hectares nationwide by 2025 using state of the art operational systems. These are to be preceded by a pilot phase which have entailed the cultivation of 360 Hectares of land in Bokkos L.G.A Plateau State. Bye products from the processing of Organic Soy Beans under the project include; Soy cake, Soy Meal, and Crude Soy Oil. The unique selling point of the venture is that it has secured offtake for every grain and bye product to be produced for both international and domestic markets with two (2) cropping cycles annually using state-of-the-art Irrigation systems.
